Refund Policy for Online Subscriptions

Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but once you subscribe and make the required payment for any online subscription, the payment for the subscribed period is final. There can be no changes or modifications to it, and no refund will be given for that period.

Who this applies to

AcadXplore is free for Students and parents, so there is nothing to refund for them. This policy applies to paid subscription plans bought by Partners on the AcadXplore Partner app. AcadXplore does not process course fees, admission fees, rent or deposits, so any refund of those is between you and the Partner.

Cancelling

You can cancel a plan at any time in the Partner app (Subscription). Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.
